Project Description

Located in Upper Bukit Timah, Signature Park Condominium has over 900 units and features a large resort-styled swimming pool. Due to issues with water leakage, the swimming pool and surrounding pool deck were renovated. The renovation works required the demolition of the existing tiles and waterproof layer, followed by concrete repairs before the swimming pool could be re-waterproofed and re-tiled.
