Project Description

Visioncrest Residence is an elegant freehold development in the prime Oxley enclave near Orchard/Dhoby Ghaut. The development offers lap pools, jacuzzis, and full condominium facilities, delivering resort-style amenities in the heart of the city in Singapore.

Pool Renovation and Pool Deck Redesign by Innovez Engineering for Visioncrest Residence

The renovation scope for Visioncrest Residence was extensive:

demolition of existing tiles and waterproofing to the pools and jacuzzi,
new waterproofing and re-tiling,
design-and-build of the pool deck and surrounding amenity zones,
a full overhaul of the male and female changing rooms and the accessible toilet,
replacement of all sanitary fittings, and
refurbishment of the sauna and steam rooms.

The upgrade revitalised the pool and surroundings areas, created more functional landscaped spaces around the water, and delivered refreshed, contemporary grounds for residents to enjoy.
