Project Description

The Estuary condominium is a waterfront development comprising residential towers set within a resort-style landscape, with swimming facilities overlooking Lower Seletar Reservoir.

Swimming Pool Renovation Works by Innovez Engineering for The Estuary Condominium

Innovez Engineering was engaged to carry out renovation works on the existing concrete swimming pool at The Estuary condominium, due to persistent water leakage and ageing finishes. The scope involved hacking and removal of existing tiles and failed waterproofing layers, followed by detailed inspection and repair of the concrete substrate.

Subsequently, a new waterproofing system was applied to restore watertight integrity before retiling works were completed. The upgraded pool at The Estuary improves both functionality and appearance, providing residents with a refreshed aquatic facility designed for long-term performance and ease of maintenance.

This project reflects a practical approach to extending the lifespan of ageing pool infrastructure in high-use residential developments.
