Project Description

Signature Park condominium is located in Upper Bukit Timah and the property has over 900 units. It features a large resort-style swimming pool with curvaceous edges and a spacious pool deck.

Swimming Pool Renovation Works Completed by Innovez Engineering for Signature Park Condominium

The swimming pool and surrounding pool deck at Singapore Park condominium were renovated by Innovez Engineering due to water leakage issues. The renovation works required the demolition of the existing tiles and waterproof layer. This was followed by concrete repairs, before the swimming pool could be re-waterproofed and re-tiled. The results – a fresh, inviting facelift to the pool that the residents could enjoy for many years to come.
