This private landed residence features a 13.5-metre lap pool positioned within the front porch of the home. Open to the sky, the pool serves as a striking architectural feature while providing a dedicated space for exercise, relaxation, and family enjoyment.

Private Residence Swimming Pool Construction with Spanish Porcelain Tiles, Completed by Innovez Engineering

Innovez Engineering was engaged to design and construct a new 13.5-metre swimming pool together with an accompanying pump room and water treatment system. Built using a reinforced concrete structure, the pool was carefully integrated into the front porch area to complement the home's contemporary architecture.

The pool is finished with Spanish porcelain tiles in neutral tones, creating a clean and timeless aesthetic that blends seamlessly with the architectural style of the house and its surrounding landscape. The completed project delivers a functional and elegant outdoor space that enhances both the lifestyle and value of the home.
