Project Description

In 2025, Singapore was host to the biennial World Aquatics Championships — an anchor event in the international aquatic calendar that showcases the best athletes from over 200 nations, across six aquatic disciplines.

Innovez Engineering Designed and Built the High Diving Pool for the World Aquatics Championships Singapore 2025

The six-metre deep high diving pool at Sentosa for the World Aquatics Championships Singapore is a purpose-built, temporary competition facility, designed and engineered to meet World Aquatics standards. We designed it as a modular system for easy transportation, efficient assembly and quick dismantling, whilst maintaining the structural integrity needed to withstand the high impact from the elite high divers.

Pre-engineered and prefabricated, the deep high diving pool comprised a steel frame with a durable PVC membrane liner installed on the interior for absolute watertight integrity. Competition-grade water circulation and filtration systems maintained optimal water clarity and safety conditions throughout the competition.

This project reflects Innovez Engineering’s capability to deliver complex, world-class sporting infrastructure despite tight timelines, without compromise to performance or safety. Sustainability considerations in a temporary event environment were all accounted for as well.
