Project Description

Paterson Suites is a quiet space that is located in prime District 9 of Singapore. The condominium is replete with facilities, including multiple pools to meet the needs of both children and adults alike.

Swimming Pool Renovation for Paterson Suites Condominium Completed by Innovez Engineering

Surrounded by verdant landscaping, the 50-metre main lap pool is minimalistic by design, and incorporates jacuzzi lounges on the side perimeter. A children’s wading pool fitted with fountain structures can be found on the other end. The pool renovation scope comprised:

demolition of the existing pools,
re-waterproofing, and
re-tiling works with Spanish glass mosaics.

This upgrade transformed the poolscape at Paterson Suites condominium into one that combines form with function. The pools and lounging areas are suitable for families and individuals to play, relax or exercise alike.
