Project Description

Ardmore Park condominium is situated right on the fringe of Orchard Road in Singapore — the heart of the shopping district. One of the larger developments in the ultra-luxurious Ardmore neighbourhood, Ardmore Park has full condominium facilities as well as three swimming pools — including a 50-metre lap pool, a children’s wading pool and a jacuzzi pool.

Stainless Steel Pool Upgrade Works Done by Innovez Engineering for Ardmore Park Condominium

Unlike conventional concrete pool construction, stainless steel offers significant advantages. With Innovez Engineering’s stainless steel pool technology, this project was completed in half the usual time. The stainless steel system offers superior waterproofing, ensuring long-term durability and ease of maintenance, whilst prefabrication off-site allowed for efficient installation with minimal disruption.

At Ardmore Park, the renovation significantly reduced heavy demolition works, and all stainless steel components were transported and assembled in a carefully planned construction sequence to deliver a seamless upgrade.
